This marvelous, multi-purpose splint has been used to stabilize injuries to virtually any extremity, and even as a neck collar. The SAM Splint, a malleable metal, foam laminated splint, is simple to form and contour. It is universal enough so that you need to carry only one splint to serve all your splinting needs. Of course that's assuming you're not dealing with multiple injuries. Reusable. In our opinion the SAM Splint is far superior to wire ladder and other splints.
